The integration process itself was positively uneventful in that it was invisible to both customers and suppliers with no issues. However, the acquisition has been very positive for both Alpha 3 and Tekdata, generating new opportunities from the increased sales coverage as well as the expansion of the product and service offering.

Tekdata brings to Alpha 3 its experience and knowledge of the Aerospace, Space, Military and Autosport market sectors whilst Alpha 3 brings to Tekdata financial security, opportunity for new investment, increased sales coverage and its own product and service offering. Additionally, the Alpha 3 brands of Roxburgh EMC Filters, Deltron Enclosures, Deltron Components, CTL Manufacturing and CCS Electronics are all well known and respected in their respective market sectors.

The objective of any acquisition is to make the component parts greater than the simple addition of the numbers and in these terms this has already proven to be a successful acquisition with yet more potential to come.
