Welcome to Alpha 3 Manufacturing GroupAlpha 3 Manufacturing, launched in January 2007, consolidates three manufacturing businesses under one organisation: CCS Electronics, CTL Manufacturing and DEM Manufacturing (previously Deltron Emcon).
Between them, the three facilities provide UK-wide coverage and an impressive capability in value-added manufacturing. This ranges from cable harness wiring to custom enclosures, as well as all types of electromechanical sub-assembly and construction of specialist EMC filters, aluminium boxes, broadcast products and connectors. The organisation is dedicated to lean manufacturing philosophy as the vehicle for continuous improvement in quality, cost delivery and service.
